My personal tips for caring for Oily Roots/Dry Ends.

Everyone has a different Hair type.
For me I have Oily hair, which is where Natural Oils build up quickly and leave hair looking feral.
For me as an oily hair sufferer, my hair can go from fresh and clean, to feral within a few hours after straightening. So I have slowly learnt how to prevent this!

So basically I'm in the cycle of washing my hair every second day!
I use Garnier Fructis, Oily Roots Dry Ends Shampoo and Condition. Which looks like this:

You can get this at the supermarket, and Priceline!
It's really good to massage the shampoo into the roots of your hair. If you dont get a good amount of bubbles or foam the first wash, then that indicates that you need two washes with the shampoo. SO don't stress if you don't get bubbles!
When you use your conditioner, only use it on the roots of your hair. You will only need one wash of this! Since there is already a lot of natural oils at the roots of the hair, you only need to condition the ends :)

Between washs, sometimes I may get a few oily patches, mainly around the part in my hair.
So it may be a good idea to have a dry shampoo handy. I would recommend Lee Stafford from Priceline, or this beauty Cedel.

To buy visit:

Simply, spray on the oily patch, leave for a couple mins and they brush out out of your hair!
There is also a can designed for dark hair :)

Hopefully these tips help!

My Tafe Day Tuesday! x

So yesterday was my TAFE day!
We had a little bit of fun in class, experimenting with colour :)
Oh I love colours!

I did make-up on my bestfriend, Up top!
I must say, I am pretty proud of my final outcome!

So let me explain!
First I did a nice, skin-toned matched base (foundation, concealer then pressed powder).
Be sure to add the concealer after the foundation, and don't put foundation on your lids!
Then I prepared the eye. Just with concealer and some pressed powder! Pretty basic, no primer as the colour will come off twice as fast! Trust me haha.
Then I did the beautiful eye make-up!
If your doing this, depending on the grab of the colour, you may like to use blot tissue so you don't get colour below the eye (where it's not supposed to be haha!)
I started with a medium matte-blue, and worked the colour softly throughout the crease and on the outer third of the lid. I took the colour a little higher that the crease closer to the brow but not all the way to the brow!!
Then I used a darker matte-blue and blended that into the outer part of the crease. Be sure to blend it thoroughly into the medium blue.
Then take a medium semi-matte green, and fill in the lid and the rest of the crease, leaving some room at the inner corner of the eye for some white! Make sure this blends in well with the blue, but be sure not to drag your blue back into the green, otherwise you wont get the same look as the photo's. Then add some semi-matte white to the inner corner, blending it into the green. and add a little more white to the inner corner so that you don't lose the strong white colour.
Finish the eye off with a smooth line of eyeliner, some false lashes, and a touch of colour to the brows, highlight if you need. Completly finish the look with a dusting of a browny/pink blush and a brown/nude gloss!

So have fun with this look! Try other colours and have fun.

Btw, Rhychelle has Fair Skin, and Hazel Eyes, so these specific colours are perfect

Who Loves Beach Hair!?

Blake Lively - Beach Hair !
One of my favorite looks at the moment is the beautiful beach hair!
I love leaving the beach with the smell of the salty water and beautiful rough curls!
But the depressing part is, that the only time I get this look is in Summer, when I can actually go to the beach! Makes me a tad bit depressed to be honest!

When taking a bit of a browse on Lee Stafford's Website I found a Sea Salt Spray!
I'm hopless when it comes to hair styling to be honest, I'm still learning. So when I found out that this product actually exists, I seriously ran around the room in joy!

Here is a little extra from Lee Stafford's site:
With its ProMineralâ„¢ complex of Dead Sea salts and 26 minerals your hair will still feel soft to touch but with added bounce, definition and body to die for. Added sunflower extract helps to give moisture and shine to your hair and will also help to protect and repair against free radicals.

So I quickly did a hop hop skurrie down to priceline and picked this beauty up for $12.29 !
You can't purchase from Priceline's website but you can view the product here:

The product is amazing! I got the pretty beach look, but my hair wasn't all feral feeling!
I give this a 9.5/10!
I adore it! Hope this helps you out a little bit !

My Comments:
I have only known Sinead for a short while, but she is a very polite girl. Sinead has a lot of passion and love for make-up artistry.
She represents herself well at professional events, and is always a lovely polite person to clients.
Sinead is the same age as me, only 5days younger, and she is already sooo talented for her age.
Sinead thrives to prove how great she is which is rare to see in make-up artists.
She is definitely one to keep an eye on, or to get make-up done for a night out/photo shoot!
